Selective offers incredibly unique and robust summer internship programs across our organization for current college students with diverse backgrounds and majors! At Selective, our interns are provided the unique opportunity to learn and contribute to their assigned department, network with professionals across the organization, participate in business-related action-learning projects, volunteer in the community, learn about the various opportunities in the insurance industry and build relationships with their mentors and others in their internship class. Several of our interns come back after graduation and begin a career with Selective in our amazing Trainee Program!
