Our 11-month Trainee Program allows early career professionals in a variety of disciplines to gain in-depth knowledge about the insurance industry and Selective in a unique and inclusive group team setting, while building in-depth relationships with their fellow Trainees and professionals across the organization. Our Trainees also participate in business-related, action-learning projects and community volunteer projects. The program has individualized tracks in various areas like Underwriting, Safety Management, Claims, and Information Technology, Accounting and general business! Through the program, our Trainees build a strong foundation for a successful future with Selective and continue to stay connected with each other through our Trainee Alumni workshops and events!
