Choose the communication types you receive, and how you receive them, including:

  • Claim Status and Payment Updates

To register for our proactive communications, simply:

  • Sign up or log in to your Selective Online Account
  • Click the ‘Settings’ icon located at the top right of your device screen
  • Then, click ‘Notifications’ to review and change your communication preferences
